RETURNS

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept: 

Naturehen india is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
Some of products sold on www.naturehen.in are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.( eg; Cosmetic, Personal Care, one used Products)

• Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, and socks.
• Fragrances, toiletries, cosmetics, beauty, and skincare products.
• Watches, sunglasses, jewelry and handbags.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong, expired, missing or damaged product. Proof for the same should be shared on mail support @naturehen.india@gmail.com
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To process return/replacement, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged product at Naturehen.india@gmail.com or Contact us on our Social media within 2 days of the date of delivery. Our customer support team will help you with your queries and resolve it at the earliest.
Please allow us 7 to 12 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

REFUNDS

In case the product is received in a missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product/ wrong size/color/design, condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 48 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.
Please follow these guidelines when recording videos: 1. The packaging must be opened during the video. In cases where the package has been opened before the video has been recorded, we will not accept the case. 2. Each side of the package should be clearly shown in the video. 3. Label must be clearly visible on the video, showing AWB Number and order ID. 4. Video must be captured in one long take, clearly demonstrating all actions. Videos that have been edited will not be considered.
Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
The amount shall be credited to your account through the mode which the payment was done. It may take 12 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Naturehen india will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with the transaction id once the refund is initiated.
